It's been a couple of years since I have updated my website and a lot has changed. During the pandemic, I accepted a role at Epic Games as the Product Specialist for Control Rig and Animating in Unreal Engine.

I had decided to rework my website as I had really only used it for getting work. Give an update for my recent job change. However I also wanted to start a blog.
I remember when I first started getting curious about CG/rigging/pipeline work, I mostly learned by looking at all of blogs/websites that other TDs or Technical Animators had posted articles or their own personal thoughts. I found these to be really great resources for learning, especially seeing the thought process of these industry professionals.
It feels like that there is a lack of this nowadays and most of the traffic has gone elsewhere (Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn, personal Discord/Slack servers, etc.). Some of the websites that I used to frequent are still around and update periodically. The knowledge that they had is still relevant today because we still use the same applications.
So I wanted to rekindle that feeling by sharing some musings related to the work I do. Nothing I post here will be related to the work I do at Epic. However I will be discussing on a multitude of subjects: rigging, animation, pipeline, jigsaw puzzles, media, etc. For those familiar with my Twitter, I post some tips and tricks for working in Unreal, expect these posts to be a longer and more organized form of that.
There's a lot of knowledge that is out there, and I am happy to contribute and give back in whatever ways I can. Good Hunting!
